Processing time

Orders are made in small batches and typically ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. During busy periods, this may extend slightly and we'll always let you know if there's a delay.

Shipping within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide with standard shipping costs through Australia Post. Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days depending on your location.

Packaging

Jars are carefully packed to prevent breakage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a photo, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
