The crunch breakdown

What's actually in the jar

01

Fried garlic

Sliced thin and fried until deep gold — the base crunch in every spoonful.

02

Crispy shallots

Fried separately so they stay shatteringly crisp, never soggy in the oil.

03

Warming spice

Cinnamon, star anise and cardamom pods simmered through the oil for depth.

04

Dried chilli

A proper red chilli base, fried down until it turns dark and fragrant.

Full ingredients: vegetable oil, dried ree chilli, fried shallots, garlic, ginger, sugar, salt, chicken stock, soy sauce, cinnamon, bay leaf, fennel seeds, shiitake mushroom, black peppercorns, star anise, cardamom pods.

Why "unforgettable"

Some flavours are worth remembering

A portion of every jar sold goes toward Dementia research. We started this because flavour and memory are tangled together — the dish that takes you straight back to a kitchen, a person, a place. We'd like more people to keep making those memories for longer.

However you eat it
